Visitor pages
Product, environment, evidence and information pages do not ask you for personal data. The site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, which may keep technical records such as IP address and browser information for security and operation.
Technical consultation and pre-selection
When you send the technical consultation form we process your name, email address, your company and country if you entered them, your request choices (the purpose of the request, the technical conditions you know and the product family you are interested in), the product line you selected (product, variant code, quantity and preferences) and your message; the language of the page you used is stored with the request. The request is recorded in the site's request system (a database on Cloudflare infrastructure) and used only to answer it and to conduct the quote, sample or cooperation discussion (Law Art. 5/2-c and f); the retention period in the customer area section also applies to these requests. To prevent misuse of the form, a security check with Cloudflare Turnstile runs when you send it; Cloudflare processes your connection details for this check. Your IP address is not written to the request record; to limit attempts, only a keyed digest derived from it is counted for a ten-minute window. The Control Select pre-selection and any form content you do not send stay in your browser only.
Visitor chat
When you write to the assistant on this site, we process your messages, the page language and a session cookie (opia_visitor_owmo, HttpOnly) that links the conversation to your browser. Before a conversation starts, a Cloudflare Turnstile security check is made. Replies are generated with Cloudflare Workers AI from the products and articles published on this site; your messages are sent to the model only to produce the reply. The conversation is kept in the site’s own storage on Cloudflare’s infrastructure and deleted automatically after seven days; “Clear chat” deletes it at once. Do not share personal or confidential information in the chat; for a quote, use the request form.
Customer area
For an organisation account's sign-in and session, the customer area processes the account email, session data and the account's request, quotation and support records. The purpose is to handle your request and the business relationship (Law Art. 5/2-c and f). Requests and correspondence are kept while the business relationship continues and for the legal period for commercial correspondence (ten years under Article 82 of the Turkish Commercial Code); when it ends they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
To exercise your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, send your application in writing, with details that allow us to verify your identity, to the email or postal address in the data controller section. Applications are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
